First of all, we work with you to determine where the real blocks lie. Then we develop a coaching programme or workshop to make change happen. Over servicing, for example, is often a combination of poor value selling, lack of commercial understanding and fear of pushing back financially.
We know that consultants need to face their fears and practice skills in realistic role plays to gain the confidence to act. So this is a fundamental part of our approach. We also work with your management team to make sure that client action plans are followed up.
