| Fiona Houslip, KineticFuture, Coach and Performance Psychologist |
| Fiona is a skilled and dynamic Executive Coach, working closely with clients to enable them to become more effective in their business and personal lives. She has extensive experience working with clients from board level down in a wide range of businesses. Clients include Carbon Leadership, Glaxo Smith Kline, Barclays, Chrysalis Group, Clearchannel, and Royal and Sun Alliance. She is also the coaching psychologist in last year's series of Family Contract on BBC 2. Her coaching is delivered with personal energy, passion, and a sense of fun. She has a degree in Economics, a 1st class degree in Psychology, and has trained with Waverley Abbey School of Counselling and Coachville coaching school. She is accredited to administer the MBTI psychological types measurement indicator, the Hay Group's Emotional Competence Inventory and the TMSDI team management profiling system. In addition to the above, she has trained with The Hay Group, The Mind Gym, Timothy Gallway, Landmark Education, and has studied Transactional Analysis, NLP, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Fiona is a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society, and a founder member of its Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She is a Member of the Association for Coaching.
