Our senior coaching team are experts at igniting talent. They work with people going in to new jobs to accelerate performance. And with senior managers who want to unlock their own potential.
We also train teams to collaborate, to grow each other and deliver results.
The key to our success is that we are business people too. We understand the challenges of working within complex organisations. And we take a multi specialist approach to achieving the results.
So what does that mean? Here are examples of some of the work we have undertaken over the past year.
We worked with a senior female executive going in to a new job. She wanted to boost her gravitas and personal presence at board level. She also wanted to manage her team, previously colleagues on the same level, in a different way. We combined 360°
feedback from her team, with one to one coaching over 6 months. This was followed by two team days showing her team how to coach and improve collaboration across functions.
Our client ran a communications agency. He wanted his team to learn how to lead tricky clients more effectively. We developed a Client Leadership Programme called "I'm Not Crazy. I'm Just Not You". We used a work preferences tool called TMSDI to help each member of the team understand their own preferred working style. Then we showed them how they could use the tool to identify different client typologies and adapt their own behaviour to achieve a more successful outcome.
Our theatre director, performance coach and sales trainer ran a joint programme to help a communications consultancy win more business. We used skills from the world of theatre to help the team build their personal presence & gravitas. Our performance coach worked to help them connect with the audience and overcome nerves. Our consultancy trainer showed them how to develop a winning sales process and presentation.
